Fine Arts Member of the Week - Lexi Mellott
Senior Lexi Mellott has been a member of the Wesleyan Chamber Singers and Wolf Players all four years of high school. She sings with the competition Girls Trio, the Wesleyan Chapel Band, and is a founding member of the Karaoke Club. Her acting credits include roles in The Apple Tree, The Canterbury Tales, Hot Mikado, The Man Who Came to Dinner, Godspell, Kiss Me Kate, The Crucible, and The Odyssey. Lexi was named Best Actress in the Region One Act Competition in both 2014 and 2015. She headlines this year’s Winter Musical as Belle in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. Her next performance will be Wednesday, October 4, with the Chamber Singers in the fall chorus concert. Way to go, Lexi!
