Yes. The Wesleyan Fund is the Annual Fund.

Wesleyan, like most independent schools, colleges, and churches, chooses to depend on families, alumni, and friends to make tax-deductible gifts to fund a significant portion of its operation. In America, there is a strong tradition of charitable giving that strengthens private education. Wesleyan is part of that great tradition. Tuition constitutes 92% of our annual operating budget. The other 8% comes from gifts to the school and a draw from our endowment. We believe deeply that Scripture encourages us to support Christ-centered causes, and our families appreciate being able to make tax-deductible gifts to support the mission of the school.

Capital gifts are one-time gifts for buildings or renovations, while an endowment gift is invested in a permanent endowed fund. Policy states that the school draws 4% annually from its endowment fund. Capital and endowment gifts are typically made during capital campaigns.

Every dollar to the Wesleyan Fund enhances the classroom and extracurricular experience for your child. Every gift dollar is invested in faculty salaries and benefits and student financial aid.
