Wesleyan aims to prepare students for the next step in their academic journey. For your convenience, we have listed all required materials on this page. Applications for the 2021-2022 school year are available on October 1, 2020, with a due date of January 27, 2021. Questions? Contact Mari Beth King, Director of Admissions via email or phone call (678-223-2254) or Meredith Jamieson, Assistant Director of Admissions via email or phone call (678-223-2220). In order to avoid a delay in the admissions process, complete all application components and submit the necessary forms.
We look forward to getting to know your student through the application process!
Wesleyan requires a copy of your student's complete transcript (this includes the most recent report card and final report cards for two years prior; standardized tests scores should also be included).
Each child has the opportunity to impact the Wesleyan community with his or her extracurricular interests and talents. We require that an extracurricular representative complete an evaluation. Forms are available on Ravenna as a part of the online application.
Students are required to take the Secondary School Admissions Test (SSAT). More information about the SSAT and test registration may be obtained by visiting the SSAT website. The testing code for Wesleyan School is 8100.
Students applying for grades 11 and 12 should only take the SSAT if they have not taken the PSAT or SAT during the current school year.
Wesleyan School is offering the SSAT Flex Test on two Saturdays: January 9 and January 30 (accommodations provided on January 30 only).
To register for the SSAT Flex test, you must submit an admissions application to Wesleyan School. Once the application has been submitted, email Sylvia Pryor for the special access code. These test dates are not visible on the SSAT website without the access code.
If an applicant took the SSAT last year (September 2019-present), those scores will be accepted in lieu of retaking this year’s test. Contact SSAT to have the scores released to Wesleyan School (8100).
