  • Application Dates and Deadlines

  • Campus Tours


    Campus tours are designed to answer specific questions about the curriculum and the admissions process. Members of our admissions staff will lead a guided tour of the campus. Each tour lasts approximately two hours and has a limited number of attendees. Students in grades 7-12 are encouraged to attend tours with their parents.

  • Lower School Visit Day

    October 24, 2024 at 9:45 a.m.
    December 5, 2024 at 9:45 a.m.
    January 16, 2025 at 9:45 a.m.

    We encourage parents and students interested in kindergarten - grade 4 to come experience life in our lower school. The morning will begin in Warren Hall with the children visiting in a classroom with their age-related peers while the parents attend an informational meeting. The division principal and a student panel will be available to answer your questions.

  • Middle School Parent Preview

    November 19, 2024 at 9:30 a.m.

    Parents interested in grades 5-8 will have the opportunity to experience life at Wesleyan. Parents will meet in Austin Chapel at 9:30 a.m. for a brief overview of the morning, be dismissed to visit classrooms with a student ambassador, and then have the opportunity to ask questions to a student panel and the Middle School Principal.

  • High School Parent Coffee

    November 7 at 9 a.m.

    Parents of rising ninth-12th grade students are invited to attend a prospective high school parent coffee. Hear from a panel of high school administrators, teachers, grade chairs, and coaches about life at Wesleyan. Once the coffee concludes, parents will have the option to attend high school chapel.

  • High School Visit Day

    November 12, 2024 at 8:30 a.m.

    Parents and students interested in grades 9-12 will start their morning in Austin Chapel with a light breakfast and an overview of high school life at Wesleyan from school administrators. Students will shadow a class with one of our current students while parents tour the campus. The morning will wrap up with a student panel answering questions.

  • Rising Ninth Grade Open House

    December 5 at 6:15 p.m.

    Join current Wesleyan families for a preview of high school at Wesleyan. Parents and their rising ninth grade students will hear an overview of high school life. Prospective families will be paired with a Wesleyan student ambassador to walk them through buildings to meet teachers, coaches, fine arts sponsors, and members of the college advising team.

  • Neighborhood Parent Coffees


    Current Wesleyan families will host the off-campus coffee events in their home.

    Head of School Chris Cleveland, with selected divisions principals, administrators, and current parents, will give a short overview of our school, unique missions, and student life.

    The coffee has a limited number of attendees.

  • Family Open House

    January 11, 2025 at 1 p.m.

    We encourage all interested parents and students to attend this Open House, as it is designed with the whole family in mind. Attend the seated program at 1 p.m. to hear the Head of School’s address. Then, you can explore the campus, ask questions to administrators, visit athletic practices, talk to teachers and coaches, and experience performances by student ensembles. Wesleyan faculty will be available to answer questions. Our campus is completely open to you.
