  • Lizzie McIntosh ’14 Featured in AJC

    Lizzie McIntosh ’14 has spent the last few years living in France; learning the language and working as an au pair for a French family. She recently wrote an article in the Atlanta Journal Constitution reflecting on the quarantine in France and the hope that comes with the arrival of spring. Click here to read more.
  • Class Note: Jerrod Leddy '04

    Jerrod Leddy '04 was recently awarded a $1 million grant from the United States Department of Energy Office of Nuclear Physics to conduct research developing and performing plasma simulations for particle accelerators.

    James Han '02 recently moved from New York City to Austin, Texas to start a new position as Principal Legal Counsel - Real Estate for Whole Foods Market.

    Brenda Morales '07 has completed her dermatology residency at Emory University. Brenda will continue as an adjunct faculty member at Emory and is working as a board-certified dermatologist at the Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center in Stockbridge, Georgia.

    Christina Moraitis '14 recently worked at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama after graduating from Samford University in December 2018 with a degree in physics.

    David Rodriguez '09 recently graduated with his Ph. D. in English Literature from Stony Brook University. He currently lives in Brooklyn, New York.

    Russell Matherly '12 and his wife Kristen moved to Tallahassee, Florida. The Matherlys are working at Wildwood Church. Russell is the Worship Director, and Kristen is the Kids Ministry Director.

  • Stephen Johnson '15 Wins The Anna Baker Heap Prize for Senior Thesis

    Stephen Johnson ’15 has graduated Cum Laude with Academic Distinction from Amherst College with a dual degree in art and the history of art.

    In 2015, Alan Pope ’04 and Ryan Pope ’05 opened The Place, a Southern comfort restaurant located in the heart of downtown Athens.
  • Stuart Johnson '14 Trades in Football Pads at Harvard for Legal Research in Boston

    In May 2019, Stuart Johnson ’14 graduated from Harvard College with a concentration in government.
  • Audrey Short '15 Pursuing Ph.D. at UC Berkley

    In May 2019, Audrey Short ’15 graduated from Miami University with a dual major in biochemistry and physics. Audrey graduated Summa Cum Laude, with distinction from Miami’s Honors Program, and with honors in physics and chemistry for her involvement with research.
  • Wesleyan School Honors Coxhead, Delk, and Stafford As 2020 Inductees to Wesleyan School Athletics Circle of Honor

    On Friday, January 10, Wesleyan School inducted the 2020 class to the Wesleyan School Athletics Circle of Honor. This year’s inductees were Cort Coxhead '14, Rhett Delk '13, and Kelly Hall Stafford '07.
  • Ryan Gibadlo '02 Leads Faith-Based Non-Profit in Greene County, Georgia

    Ryan Gibadlo ’02 was recently named Executive Director of Atlas Ministry. Located in Greene County, some of the most impoverished portions of the state of Ga, Atlas strives to make an impact through a proactive approach geared toward education and personal development.
  • Mr. Cleveland Shares the Miracle Story of Wesleyan School in High School Chapel

    The 2019-2020 Christian Life theme, Stories of the Kingdom, took a historical turn this morning in high school chapel as Head of School Chris Cleveland shared with students the story of Wesleyan. Sharing details of the school’s history since the mid-1990’s, Mr. Cleveland recounted the many ways that the path of Wesleyan defied all odds.
  • Love of Baseball Remains Strong for Hall

    A career-ending back injury as a freshman at Georgia Tech derailed plans for Carter Hall (class of 2015) to continue his baseball career, but his hopes of working in professional baseball in a non-playing compacity remain strong. See story here.

  • Peter Hess '18 Confirmed to UGA Supreme Court

    Peter Hess '18 is a sophomore at the University of Georgia. Recently, Peter was confirmed by the UGA student senate to an associate justice position on the UGA Supreme Court, a part of the university's student government. Congratulations, Peter!
  • Jordan Mack '16 Named Jim Tatum Award Recipient by the ACC

    Wesleyan graduate and University of Virginia senior linebacker Jordan Mack has been named the recipient of the 2019 Jim Tatum Award by the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). The award is given each year to the top senior student-athlete among the league's football players.
