Students applying to Kindergarten for the Fall of 2025 must turn five years old before September 1, 2025, to be considered.

Online Application
Submit an online application, along with the nonrefundable $90 application fee, by January 22, 2025. A recent photo must be attached with the online application. -
Current School Records
Wesleyan requires a copy of your student's complete transcript along with his or her most recent report card. -
Evaluations at Wesleyan
Students are required to complete on-campus testing administered by Wesleyan faculty. Testing will last approximately one hour for Kindergarten students, two hours for grades 1 through 4 students, and three hours for grade 5 students.
After you submit the online application, you will be able to schedule testing on Ravenna.
On-campus testing dates:- January 25, 2025
- February 1, 2025
- February 8, 2025

Teacher Evaluation
Your child’s current teacher is required to complete a Teacher Evaluation. Teacher Evaluation forms are available on Ravenna as a part of the online application. -
Joint Admissions Testing Program
Thirteen Atlanta Area Association of Independent Schools (AAAIS) require the Joint Admissions Testing Program (JATP) for students applying to Kindergarten through grade 5.
JATP information and registration form are found at this link. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, a psychologist will contact you for an appointment.
February 8, 2025 is the deadline for test results to be received by the school. -
Birth Certificate
Wesleyan requires a copy of your student's birth certificate.
