Fourth grade entrepreneurs present their business ideas at Businesses of Tomorrow expo

On Friday, Feb. 16, fourth grade business owners participated in the Businesses of Tomorrow expo.
Students learned to use their creativity, passions, and talents to create a unique business. They were challenged with developing a business name, slogan, background story, and mission statement for their business.

Campbell Judy ‘32 reflected on the importance of letting your personality shine through as a business owner.

“I learned to be creative and have fun,” says Judy, cookie business owner.

Students presented their businesses to their classmates and teachers, practicing public speaking skills and beginning to learn about the importance of marketing.

Way to go, fourth grade entrepreneurs!
