Track and Field - Middle School

The MS girls’ track team took 1^st place in their home meet yesterday against GAC, Hebron, and Mt. Bethel.  Addison Dempsey finished first and had PR’s in the 400M and pole vault.  Skyla Keo, Abbey Suits, and Haley Roebuck swept the top three spots in the triple jump.  Grace McLeod finished first in the discus for the third consecutive meet, eclipsing her previous best by over four feet with a throw of 81’11”.

 

The boys finished second to Hebron in the same meet.  Kerrighan Freeman finished first place and had PR’s in the 400M, 800M. Freeman also had a PR in the long jump.  Chase Sykes finished first place and had a PR in the 200M. Sykes also had a PR in the long jump.  Austin Asbury, Nolan Pinson, and Nathan Encinas all had PR’s and finished 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd, respectively, in the triple jump.
