Troy Nguyen '26 Competes at State Spelling Bee
Wesleyan School student Troy Nguyen ’26 recently competed in the Georgia State Spelling Bee. Troy finished in eighth place.
“It was a fun, and a little hard, preparing for the Bee,” Troy said. “I practiced the list of spelling bee words and I also used a site called Spelling City that helps call the words out to you.”
Troy won the school Spelling Bee earlier this year, and then won at the region level. This earned him a spot in the state Spelling Bee.
