Wesleyan School Student Lauren Hill Selected to Attend 21st Century Leaders Summer Leadership Institute

This summer, Wesleyan junior Lauren Hill was selected to participate in the 21st Century Leaders Summer Leadership Institute in Atlanta. 21CL offers students the chance to expand their leadership skills and exposure to various businesses and industries in the state of Georgia. The program is open to high school student statewide and 75 students were invited to participate this summer.
“This was the best experience of my life,” said Lauren. “We spent two days at the headquarters of Coca-Cola and Mercedes Benz where we created elevator pitches and worked the room with executives at both companies. I also attended sessions on communication and presentations and I enjoyed getting to know other students from across the state.”
To apply, students completed an application, received recommendations from faculty members, and interviewed with corporate leaders. Read more about 21CL at https://www.21stcenturyleaders.org/.
