Wesleyan School Welcomes Historic Fall Enrollment and Expands Bus Service for Families

August 24, 2018
Wesleyan School opened the 2018-2019 school year with 1,177 students, the largest K-12 student body in the history of the school.
“We are truly humbled and thankful for the families who have entrusted their children to our care,” said Chris Cleveland, Wesleyan Head of School. “The responsibility of educating and developing the mind, body, and spirit of children is our calling, and we are excited to welcome the largest student body in our history this fall.”

Cleveland also attributes some of the enrollment growth to the school’s expanded bus service. This year, a route was added to Buckhead and afternoon routes were expanded.

“As traffic and congested roadways continue to worsen, providing bus service is one way in which we can meet families where they are in this season of their lives,” said Cleveland. “This fall, over 150 students are utilizing the bus service and we anticipate this will continue to be an important resource for families.”
