Development Coordinator Full-Time Non-Faculty Position
The development coordinator is a twelve-month position that reports directly to the director of development and works with all members of the development office in carrying out the school’s goals for fundraising. A bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years' experience working in financial services is required.  View the job description here

This open position will begin in August 2024.  
The after care coordinator serves as a point of contact for both parents, staff, and children. This part-time position reports to the after school manager.  View the job description here

Lower School Christian Life Coordinator and Bible Teacher
Wesleyan is no longer accepting applications for this position.  All applications submitted will be reviewed by administrators. 

High School Science Teacher
This open position is for a high school science teacher who is able to teach physics, chemistry, and/or biology along with potential science electives for the 2024-2025 school year. A bachelor’s degree is required, and formal classroom teaching experience is preferred. 
 
Middle School Science Teacher
This open position is for a middle school science teacher to begin in August 2024.  Teaching experience in a middle school classroom is required as well as a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant subject.

Faculty Fellows for 2024-2025
Wesleyan is accepting applications for the 2024-2025 Faculty Fellows Program for recent college graduates or seniors who will graduate in May 2024. The Fellows Program is a one-year commitment from August 2024-May 2025. Fellows serve at Wesleyan to experience teaching in an independent Christian school. Cubs' Den Lead Infant Room Caregiver for 2024-2025
The Cubs' Den is an on-campus day care center for Wesleyan employees.  The Cubs' Den is hiring for a qualified caregiver to lead the infant room beginning August 1, 2024.  The infant room consists of no more than 10 children, ages infant through young toddlers and is supported by an assistant caregiver.  View the job description here.  All interested candidates should send a resume and cover letter to the Cubs' Den Director, Kendall Diggs.  Cubs' Den employees are not employed by Wesleyan School.

Orton-Gillingham Tutor Part-Time ~ Immediate HireWesleyan School is accepting applications for a qualified Orton-Gillingham practitioner to provide on campus reading remediation to identified students. This practitioner would be responsible for working one on one with students before, during, and after school using the Orton-Gillingham approach to focus on the specific learning needs of individual learners. This part-time independent contractor would also have some flexibility with scheduling. After Care Substitute Associates
The vision of our after care programs is to provide parents with an alternative time to pick up their children, and to provide students with a supervised space to work and play when the school day is over.  We are currently accepting applications for substitute after care associates.  Pay rate is $20 per hour.  Hours are 2:30-6:00 p.m.  Experience working with and a love for children is required.  To be considered, please submit the online application by clicking the green button above to "apply now".  Contact Kelly Weatherly if you have questions.   

School Nurse Substitutes
We are accepting applications for substitute school nurses for the 2023-2024 school year. A valid Georgia nursing license and recent nursing experience with children/teens is required. Please click Apply Now to complete a non-faculty application. 

Shuttle Driver (14 passenger vehicle)
Wesleyan is accepting applications for morning and afternoon shuttle drivers and substitute drivers for the2023-2024 school year.  We currently offer 10 morning routes and 9 afternoon routes. Pay rate is $35-$45 per route, based on distance from school. Drivers are not required to have a CDL license. View the job description here.

Substitute Teachers
We will continue to accept substitute teacher applications throughout the year.  We do not currently have a need to add additional substitutes for the current school year.  If our needs change, we will contact applicants to interview for a position on our list.
