10 Baseball Alums Playing in College

This Spring, 10 Wesleyan Baseball alums will take the diamond from Hawaii to New Hampshire.
The elder statesman, Andy Archer '16 grad-transferred from Georgia Tech to Hawaii this season after earning his Tech degree.  In 2021, Archer was selected by his Ramblin' Wreck teammates as teammate of the year, and he earned All-Regional honors for his work in the Nashville regional.

Colin Hall '17 returns to Georgia Tech to roam the outfield on the Flats as a Senior.  Hall's Junior campaign was cut short due to injury, but not before he started 19 games in the centerfield for the Jackets -- a string that included a ten game hitting streak.

Jamie LaFromboise '20 enters his Sophomore season with 32 starts under his belt in the infield for the Centre Colonels.  In his freshman season, LaFromboise pushed 13 runs across at the plate and scored 15 runs of his own.

After redshirting the 2021 season, Charlie Taylor '20 looks to make his mark on the Tennessee Volunteer program as a catcher.  Taylor earned Academic All-SEC honors in his first year in Knoxville.

Mark Tucker '20 saw limited action for the North Georgia Nighthawks in his freshman season, and looks to capitalize on a strong summer with the Jamestown (NY) Tarp Skunks of the Perfect Game collegiate league.  In his first year, Tucker earned Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll recognition.

Holden Wilder '20 made two appearances for the Wofford Terriers on the bump last season, and looks to build upon his 3.0 ERA this spring.  Wilder earned So-Con Honor Roll recognition as a freshman.

Joining the college ranks this spring are 2021 graduates Luke Carroll (Dartmouth), Jalen Fulwood (Chattahoochee Valley Community College), James McCoy (Kentucky), and Quinn Moore (Centre).
