Wesleyan earns Gold recognition on the 2023 AP Honor Roll

Wesleyan has earned Gold recognition on the 2023 AP School Honor Roll, which recognizes schools who offer an AP program. Schools earn the honor roll recognition annually by enhancing their school’s college-bound culture, providing opportunities for students to earn college credit, and maximizing college readiness of students.
For Wesleyan’s class of 2023, 79% of seniors took at least one AP exam during high school, and 78% of them earned a score of three or higher on at least one exam.

“Wesleyan School’s mission is to provide an academically excellent education grounded in Christian principles and beliefs,” shares Meg Brooks, testing coordinator. “Our AP program aligns well with this mission by offering 25 challenging AP courses to students who seek to push their academic boundaries and have demonstrated exceptional dedication in the classroom. AP students not only elevate the rigor of their high school transcripts, but they also emerge exceptionally well-prepared for the demands of college, thanks to the high standards upheld by our highly qualified and devoted AP teachers.”

We are so proud of Wesleyan’s AP students and teachers. Your dedication and commitment to academic rigor reflect and fulfill Wesleyan’s mission to be a school of academic excellence.
