Grandparents and Special Friends Day
We are looking forward to a wonderful day of fun and fellowship with our guests on Thursday. We need your cooperation to ensure the event is a fantastic experience for all of our guests. Please read the following information carefully.

- Check-in begins at 7:45am on Candler Plaza. Please advise guests that this will be an outdoor event and a light jacket may be needed. We kindly request that guests do not arrive for check-in prior to 7:30am.
- If your guests arrive prior to the check in at 7:30am, the Spirit Shop will be open for business and would love to have grandparent shoppers that morning!
- Morning carpool for lower school will run as usual. Lower school students arriving prior to 7:30am will be sent to Before Care.
- Lower school students do NOT need to bring backpacks to school on Thursday.
- There will be no afternoon carpool for lower school on this day. Students who remain with their teachers after the event concludes must be picked up inside Warren Hall no later than 12:00pm. Any parent who wishes to pick up their child prior to the noon dismissal time may do so any time after 10:00am in Warren Hall.
- Golf carts and shuttle buses will be available to assist with transporting guests on campus. Students will not be permitted to ride on the carts or buses.
- If your child(ren) will be attending school on April 13th, but will not have grandparents or special guests coming to the event, please let your your child’s teacher(s) know as soon as possible.
This event is designed specifically for your child(ren) to spend with their grandparents or special guests. Unless your child(ren)’s guests have needs that require your assistance, we kindly request parents choose another time to attend chapel with their lower school student(s).
