With a 19-3 victory over Southwest Dekalb, your Girls Lax Wolves completed a flawless Area run to secure the Area Championship and a #1 seed in the GHSA tournament next week! They will host Darlington at 4:30pm on Wednesday in the First Round of the GHSA Playoffs.

Last night the Wesleyan Varsity Girls won their first home game of the season in overtime against Centennial by a score of 12-11. The offense was paced by Anna Rae Copeland and Audrey LaFramboise, while the defense was led by Lily Nydam and Annabelle Lawson. That brought the Wolves to 2-0 on the season after an earlier 22-0 defeat of Druid Hills.

The Girls defeated GAC 19-12. Millie Dempsey and Anna Rae Copeland lead the offense with 5 goals a each. Defense was held down by Maggie Rheudasil on the field and Lily Nydam in the cage. The girls came out fast and quick and took a significant lead in the first half, while only allowing 2 goals before the half.
