Wolf Players perform Peter Pan
Kudos to our Wolf Players, who performed Peter Pan three times over the weekend and last week! Stephanie Simmons, high school theater director, directed the show, and eight seniors led the cast as they shared the tale of the Boy Who Would Not Grow Up.
In rehearsing and performing, the cast and crew explored themes of childhood and imagination, and they studied what the Bible has to say about the importance of both child-like faith and a maturing walk with Jesus. As Peter, played by Carson Green, Wendy, played by Rylie Jones, and the Lost Boys adventured through Neverland, they encountered Captain Hook, played by Tori Hedlund, and her all-female crew of fierce pirates. This whimsical adaptation of the classic tale reminded audiences that childhood is fleeting and time is forever ticking away.
