Middle school TSA excels on Technology Day at the Georgia National Fair

Congratulations to the middle school Technology Student Association (TSA) for earning multiple top 10 finishes on Technology Day at the Georgia National Fair!
The middle school TSA competed against middle and high schools from across the state of Georgia in four events- alternative energy design, mousetrap vehicle, robot challenge, and structural design. Led by advisor LaShandia Hill, the 11 members of TSA placed 7th in alternative energy design and mousetrap vehicle. Final placing is still under review for the robot challenge; however, the team has already been announced as placing in the top six.

In addition to competing in technology events, students also enjoyed traditional fair activities like rides, prizes, and treats.

Members of the middle school TSA are Ellie Ahn, Yuna Cho, Jesse Cottingham, Jia Lim, Sahana Karthikeyan, Benjamin Maxwell, Larry Men, Carter Ratliff, Brandon Ritchie, Shaan Sancheti, and Luca Zavitz.

Awesome job, middle school TSA!
