Varsity Boys Golf Wins Bronco Invitational
The Wesleyan Wolves Golf team won its final regular season tournament Monday in the Bronco Invitational at the Summit Chase Country Club.
The Wolves were by led Alex Holcomb, who earned low medalist honors, with a score of 73 for the stroke play flight. The team of Matt Free and Luke Jackson won the scramble flight with a 71, and the Wolves finished in 1st place with a team score of 310.
They were the smallest school in the field defeating Brookwood, Mill Creek, North Gwinnett, Norcross, and Pace.
They return to the course Monday May 3rd for the area tournament at Hamilton Mill Golf Club.
