Varsity Places 7th, JV 5th for Girls Cross Country
The Varsity Girls Cross Country team placed 7th at the Gwinnett County Championships on Saturday, led by Danielle Kelly’s 22nd place finish and lifetime personal record of 21:16. Sophie Villa, Bella Tucker, Caitlin Kelly and Taylor Strohmeier also scored points for the Lady Wolves. Freshman Kate O’Shields led Wesleyan to a 5th place finish in the JV division, smashing her season personal record with a time of 23:24 in route to earning the 17th place medal.
