Middle School Baseball Takes Two

The Middle School Baseball team earned recent wins over Woodward and Marist. Against Woodward, Townes Hardy led the offense going 2-3 with 2 RBI’s, while Schley Gordy and Tim Hillegass combined on the mound for 6 innings and 5 strikeouts. In the win over Marist, Dominic Scalese pitched 5 innings with 6 strikeouts, followed by Stacey Johnson with 2 innings of relief work. Offensive leaders were Scalese (2 hits, 3 RBI’s), Reed Purcell (2 hits, 2 RBI’s) and Hardy (2 hits, 3 RBI’s).
