JV Baseball Earns Doubleheader Sweep
The JV Baseball team swept St. Pius in a doubleheader on Saturday. In game one, the offense was led by JC French (2-4, 2 runs), Carson Ballard (2-3, 2 runs, 1 RBI), and Drew Wren (1-3, 2 runs). Standouts in game two were Nate Kerpics (2-3, 2 runs), Bobby Cook (1-3, 2 RBI’s) and Jimmy Cox (1-2, 2 RBI’s). Cox and John Perrins split time on the mound in game one, while Ballard and Kerpics handled pitching duties in game two.
