Giving Tuesday Goal Reached

Starting six years ago, the Tuesday following Black Friday and Cyber Monday began to be referred to as 'Giving Tuesday'. This movement, which follows very consumer-oriented holidays, has a focus on gratitude and giving, and it has grown to involve many different non-profits and causes across the country.
This year, Wesleyan participated in Giving Tuesday with a goal of reaching 55 gifts in honor of our 55th anniversary. We are excited to say that we reached our goal, and want to thank our community for their participation. We received gifts from every constituency - grandparents, parents, alumni, alumni parents, and faculty. Thank you for being such a generous community!
