Wesleyan band students perform at All-State at the Classic Center

Wesleyan School proudly celebrates the outstanding achievements of its students at the Georgia All-State Band, held March 5–7, 2026, at The Classic Center in Athens. 

After two rounds of rigorous auditions, these talented musicians earned the honor of performing alongside Georgia’s finest young instrumentalists under the direction of renowned conductors. They spent three intensive days rehearsing and performing, representing Wesleyan with distinction. 

The students and their impressive placements include: 

• Olivia Kim ‘30, oboe – 2nd chair, Middle School All-State Band 
• Ian Choi ‘30, trumpet – 3rd chair, Middle School All-State Band 
• Anrai McCullough ‘28, alto saxophone – 4th chair, High School All-State Band 
• Isabelle Tang '27, flute – 3rd chair, High School All-State Band 
• Ellie Ahn '27, flute – 1st chair, 11/12 All-State Orchestra
