Student creators prepare for Wesleyan Artist Market

On April 24-25, the Wesleyan Artist Market will host more than 80 artists eager to share their creations with the community. Selected students will also have art available for purchase, and their works range from oyster-inspired jewelry to beloved family recipes. 

Anastasia '27 and Juliana '28 Lamas join the Market for the fourth consecutive year, and they will be selling art created from oyster shells.

For the third time, Emily Chai '29 will sell her paintings and mix media creations. Emily recently earned 1st place in the the MS Open/Mixed Media 2D category of the GISA Virtual Art Show.

Joining the market for the first time are senior Kyle Edwards and Warrick Seebeck '32. Kyle will be selling original photography, and Warrick will  be selling a variety of original art, including painting.
