Pyper Merchant '27 is selected to feature her artwork at the All State Art Symposium
The All State Art Symposium took place on Friday, Feb. 27, at Piedmont University, and among the 50 finalists selected from more than 500 participants statewide was Pyper Merchant ‘27.
Finalists represent nine participating districts from across the state, making the selection process highly competitive, and Merchant’s artwork, “My Overfilled Closet,” was chosen as one of the top pieces in Georgia.
“It is an honor for Pyper to be selected as a finalist for state from our very competitive region. She is full of creativity and is an incredibly gifted technical artist,” shares Meagan Brooker, assistant director of fine arts.
