Get Involved with Wesleyan's Parent Organizations

A new school year brings new opportunities to get involved with our parent organizations! The Wesleyan Arts Alliance, Wesleyan Parents Club, and Wolf Trackers each provide unique opportunities to create community, support our students, and support our school. Without the volunteers from our amazing parent community, the work of these organizations would not be possible.
Wesleyan Arts Alliance
The Wesleyan Arts Alliance is a parent based organization that works together to celebrate Wesleyan’s commitment to the arts. As parents, we are here to help develop our children's love and passion for the creative arts. We support students in a variety of artistic endeavors from kindergarten through 12th grade. In the recent past, your donations have led to lasting improvements to the arts at Wesleyan. A high-tech sound system for performances in the lower school Bowen cafetorium, a new "computer based" media laser cutter for middle and high school art classes, dynamic 3D moving lights in Powell Theater and band & chorus scholarships are just a few projects that the Arts Alliance has donated to our school.

The Arts Alliance also hosts the annual Wesleyan Artist Market. We are very excited for the changes underway this year and request your participation. Going strong for over 20 years, this is one of our largest fundraisers. We are pleased to announce that The Artist Market will host over 75 professional artists from all around the southeast. Join us in supporting the arts, kicking off on April 22, 2021. Stay connected for future announcements on Facebook and Instagram.

Wesleyan Parents Club
All parents of Wesleyan students are automatically members of our Wesleyan Parents Club! We are a Georgia non-profit corporation and our primary goal is fostering connections between our parents, faculty, staff and students. Our annual events like Hoedown, Grandparents & Special Friends Day, Teacher Appreciation, Cotillion, Christmas Decorations and the bi-annual Gala encourage involvement, provide focused fellowship, help build our community and embrace our new Wesleyan families.

There are many opportunities for you to be involved! We appreciate our parent volunteers and encourage all families to participate in our events. Visit our Wesleyan Parents Club page in Blackbaud (under Groups) to find an opportunity to share your talents and get involved today!

Wolf Trackers
Wesleyan Wolf Trackers provides financial support, guidance, and leadership for Wesleyan’s interscholastic athletic program. Wolf Trackers is the only booster club for all Wesleyan athletic teams and underwrites a significant portion of the athletic operating budget, including the provision of many “wish list” items for our athletic programs. Wesleyan has established a prominent athletic program, proving that excellence in academics and in athletics is not mutually exclusive. Wesleyan’s athletic program has continued to garner attention with nine overall Directors Cup Awards, 60 team state championships, and 133 individual state championships.

Wolf Trackers is also focused on building school spirit and helping teams increase student attendance at all events. Wolf Trackers provides each team with a spirit fund and works with the school to add student functions such as team spirit nights.

Please consider joining Wolf Trackers as your support and membership is vital to our student-athletes!
