Class Note: Christina Moraitis '14
Christina Moraitis '14 recently worked at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama after graduating from Samford University in December 2018 with a degree in physics.
While working with NASA, Christina worked on X-ray galaxy research. She also assisted with testing for the upcoming NASA X-ray space telescope mission, IXPE, which is expected to launch in 2021.
Christina is now enrolled in her Ph.D. program in astro-physics at the University fo Florida.
