  • Artist Market

    Celebrating over 20 years!

    The Annual Artist Market is joyous celebration of the Arts and a treasured tradition for our community each year. The Market features original art from over 100 professional, teacher and student artists and also showcases the performing arts with many of our talented high school and middle school students performing throughout the three-day event.
    2020 applications will be available in September, 2019.

  • Arts Alliance

    Wesleyan Arts Alliance
    The Arts Alliance is a parent organization that celebrates and supports Wesleyan's commitment to the arts. We strive to help facilitate the expression of individuality and support students in the variety of artistic endeavors available at our school. We share in the belief that art is an important part of every child's development and of the school community.

    What We Do
    Our goal is to provide financial, physical, and spiritual support to all students in Kindergarten through 12th grade as they participate in both visual and performing art activities. Each year we raise funds through membership receipts, the Artist Market, Christmas Card sales, and advertisements.
    All funds are returned in their entirety to the Fine Arts Program.

  • Athletics

    Athletic Passes
    Over the summer, each family will receive two family passes and two student passes in the mail. These athletic passes are required for admission to all home, regular season sporting events for the 2019-2020 school year.
    GHSA will determine and require an admission charge for all state playoff competitions.

    Please remember to bring your athletic pass to all home sporting events, or you will be charged admission.
    Contact Lori Stromie if you need additional passes or replacements for lost or damaged passes.

    Sports Physical
    Middle and High School students must complete and upload the physical exam form to the Magnus Health portal prior to participating in a fall sports tryout or practice. It is crucial that athletes schedule their annual physical exams before July 25, or they will not be eligible for their fall sport on August 1.

  • Before and After Care

    Before Care
    Students in Kindergarten through 4th grade can join us in Dozier Library starting at 7:00 a.m. (Wednesdays at 7:15 a.m.). If you arrive after 7:25 a.m., please use the carpool line to ensure the safety of your child.
    There is no charge for this service.
    Supervised by faculty, students will have the opportunity to engage in activities, complete homework, color, and enjoy the library.

    After Care
    In our After Care program, students in Kindergarten through 8th grade are offered on-campus supervision until 6:00 p.m. on all regularly scheduled school days. Parents may register online.

    Lower School After Care is located in Warren Hall. Lower School students will be dismissed to the cafeteria where they will be provided a snack, study hall, and play time. Children attending an enrichment class will be picked up and brought to their designated after school class.

    In our Middle School Extended Day program, participating students will be picked up at Chapman Library at 4 p.m. Middle school students will then be escorted to Dozier Library, located in Warren Hall.
    • For $400 each semester, you have unlimited access to our after care program, or you can pay by the day at a rate of $30 per day. We also offer 5/10 day packages.
    • Students attending an after-school enrichment class may join after care when their activity is over at no additional charge.
    After Care and Extended Care, will be offered on early release days!
    Students enrolled during these days will be provided lunch and will be grouped according to age and gender for supervised and structured play time. Study hall time with high school student helpers will also be available for middle school students. Registration is online, please see available dates below.

  • Bus Service

    Wesleyan now offers both morning and afternoon bus transportation. We increased our bus service to make commuting to and from Wesleyan easier for our families.

    • Transportation is provided by the Wesleyan minibusses
    • Drivers are vetted and hired by the school
    • Morning bus service is $600 each semester per child
    • Afternoon bus service is $600 each semester per child
    • Round-trip transportation is $1200 each semester per child
    • Cost is due on tuition payment dates – July 1 and November 1
    • Financial aid is not available for transportation expenses

    It is time to begin planning for the 2019-2020 school year, including student arrival and departure; the safety of all Wesleyan students is our primary concern during arrival and dismissal time.

    To ensure that safety, please follow the carpool procedures included in the letter attached below.

    Christian Life Retreats
    Wesleyan retreats are designed to parallel the overall mission of the school by providing opportunities to explore and deepen the student's relationship with God while building confidence in their individual identity as children of God. Retreats also aim to provide time and space for students to go deeper in their relationships with one another.

    Private Music Lessons
    All Wesleyan students have the opportunity to sign up for private music lessons in piano, guitar, voice, and various other band instruments. Our instructors are not only excellent teachers and musicians, but as Wesleyan staff members, they also embody the school's mission.     Medical Information

    Wesleyan will continue to partner with Magnus Health to collect and store information for the upcoming 2019-2020 school year.

    Magnus is a secure, web-based system that is easy to use. You will have continuous access to your child's health record and the ability to make updates when needed.

    You will also have the option to print copies of any form you submit; you can even take your student's digital health file with you when he or she graduates.

    Access Magnus Health through Blackbaud.

    Scan your student's completed health forms to their Magnus Health Portal or fax or mail the forms to Magnus Health before July 25.
    No forms are to be mailed or turned into the Wesleyan School clinics.
    All other school forms can be electronically sign and submitted using the Magnus Health portal.

    Annual Physicals
    Wesleyan School requires that every student complete a physical exam every year.
    Physical exams must take place between April 1 and July 25.
    The Physical Exam Form must be uploaded to your student's Magnus Health Portal prior to participating in a fall sports practice. Additionally, your child will not be allowed to attend classes with missing or incomplete health forms.

    Please Note
    Medical insurance may not cover the annual physical if it has been less than a year since your child's last physical exam. In the event that you are not able to secure an appointment with your pediatrician to fit our time requirements, please consider visiting your local clinic or urgent care facility; many of them will provide a sports physical for about $25.00, and they are open in the evenings and on Saturdays and Sundays.

    Please consider using this option for one year and then return to your regular pediatrician for your child's physical exam the following year.

    The nurses will be out of the clinic during the entire summer. If you have any questions please do not call the school, but contact us via email at the addresses listed below.

  • Nearly New Uniform Shop

    The Nearly New Uniform Shop is located in the Wesleyan Annex and is delighted to serve the Wesleyan Community by providing a convenient location to purchase gently worn uniforms, PE clothes, and spirit wear at a discount of up to 80% off! The Nearly New Uniform Shop is run by parent volunteers, and all proceeds go directly back to the school.

    Hours
    The main front doors to the Annex are unlocked Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
    If you have uniform questions or need help, we will be there to assist you over the summer on the following days:

    Monday, July 29th, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

    Wednesday, August 7th, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

    If these times do not work for your schedule, please contact us to make arrangements for an appointment on a different day.

    WPC Christmas Ornament
    Help support the Wesleyan Parents Club by purchasing a Christmas ornament. What a wonderful way to commemorate each year that a child attends Wesleyan!     There are many programs available at Wesleyan to engage your student.
    • Enrichment classes provide students with important life skills and practical application techniques.
    • Private music lessons offer individualized instruction for students that wish to learn or practice an instrument.
    • School-sponsored and parent-sponsored "leagues" focus on a specific sport or interest.
    • Wesleyan clubs and activities allow students to continue their involvement on campus during and after school.

  • Spirit Shop

    Conveniently located between Wesley Hall and Cleghorn Hall, the Spirit Shop is delighted to serve the entire Wesleyan community.
    In addition to spirit-wear, snacks, and gift items, the Spirit Shop has everything you need to outfit your students in their Wesleyan uniform.

    Summer Hours and Information
    The Spirit Shop closed for the summer on May 23rd at 12:00 p.m.
    We will be open July 22-August 13, 2019 with our Summer Hours:

    9:00 am-5:00 p.m.

    We will also be open Saturday, August 10th from 9:00 am-2:00 p.m
    Normal Business hours resume on Wednesday, August 14th.

    Where to Shop
    We offer two, on-campus locations for you to purchase new or used items for the Wesleyan uniform, the Spirit Shop, and the Nearly New Used Uniform Shop. The Spirit Shop is located between Wesley Hall and Cleghorn Hall, and the NNUU Shop is located in the Wesleyan Annex.

    There are also additional off-campus and online options for your convenience.
  • Wolf Trackers

    Wolf Trackers
    Wolf Trackers is the booster club for all Wesleyan athletic teams. We support Wesleyan athletics in many ways, but primarily by funding a portion of the athletic budget. In addition, our parent volunteers run and staff concessions at team events.
