Sports Medicine, Strength & Conditioning
Joshua 1:9
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."
Wesleyan Wolves are tough in mind, body, and spirit. Our nationally recognized team of trainers and strength coaches are experts in challenging and nurturing Wesleyan athletes, and we partner with local physicians for additional care and support.
Sports Medicine
Two, full-time athletic trainers are responsible for injury prevention, recognition, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation. Trainers administer first aid and also guide post-concussion care. With advanced recovery equipment and three campus training rooms, the sports medicine team seeks to ensure that all Wesleyan athletes can compete at their highest potential.

Strength & Conditioning
Two, full-time strength and conditioning coaches guide sport-specific performance training, including speed, agility, strength, and endurance. The weight room is equipped with 24 work stations and 900 square feet of synthetic turf, and Wesleyan students challenge themselves in physical education and strength & conditioning courses, team-facilitated workouts, or independent exercises.
