Kindergarten - Grade 5

Submit your application by January 20, 2027.
Complete JATP Testing by February 6, 2027.
The Joint Admissions Testing Program (JATP) includes 12 AAAIS schools that require this evaluation for admissions to kindergarten through grade 5. You can learn more and begin this process at JATP. JATP testing must be received by February 6, 2027.
Request current school records.
For students applying to grades 1-5, Wesleyan requires a copy of your child’s transcript. You can download a transcript request form from Ravenna. Give this to your child’s current school, and they will send the official transcripts directly to our admissions office.
Delegate current teacher evaluations.
In Ravenna, you will find the teacher evaluation forms to delegate to your child’s teachers.
Submit birth certificate.
Wesleyan requires a copy of your child’s birth certificate.
Attend Wesleyan on-campus evaluations.
All applicants to kindergarten through grade 5 must participate in on-campus evaluations. After you submit the online application, you will be able to schedule the evaluation in Ravenna.

Submit your application by January 20, 2027.
Complete Secondary School Admissions Test (SSAT) by February 6, 2027.
Students are required to take the Secondary School Admissions Test (SSAT). The testing code for Wesleyan School is 8100. Students applying to grades 11 and 12 should only take the SSAT if they have not taken the PSAT during the current school year.
Request current school records.
Wesleyan requires a copy of your child’s complete transcript, including most recent report cards for two year prior, standardized test scores, and discipline records. You can download a transcript request form from Ravenna. Give this to your child's current school, and they will send the official transcripts directly to our admissions office.
Delegate current teacher evaluations.
In Ravenna, you will find the teacher evaluation forms to delegate to your child’s teachers.
Submit extracurricular evaluation.
Each child has the opportunity to impact the Wesleyan community with his or her extracurricular interests and talents. We require that an extracurricular representative complete an evaluation. Forms are available on Ravenna as a part of the online application.
Submit birth certificate.
Wesleyan requires a copy of your child’s birth certificate.
Attend Wesleyan on-campus interview.
Students are required to attend an on-campus interview. After you submit the online application, you will be able to schedule the interview in Ravenna.
