Lacy Gilbert

Lacy Gilbert was appointed to the faculty in 1997 as a teacher of physical education and as a basketball and soccer coach. Since then, she has also served as an assistant director of athletics and head girls soccer coach before being appointed director of athletics in 2019. Gilbert is an alumna of both Georgia Southern University, where she received her bachelor of science in education, and the University of Alabama, where she received her masters degree. Gilbert's influence has extended beyond the classroom and playing fields as she has also served on dozens of mission trips.
