ROLE OF THE WTC
The WTC functions as a parent volunteer liaison between Wesleyan School, Wesleyan families and the bus provider to help determine optimized bus routes and fee schedules.

The Wesleyan Transportation Committee and Wesleyan School have contracted with a third party, International Concepts Corporation, Inc, for the purpose of providing daily bus transportation to and from Wesleyan School. ICC will in turn contract directly with the Wesleyan families who wish to participate in bus services. The registration packet is provided below and includes the cover letter to families, bus route information and registration forms. NOTE: BOTH PAGES OF THE REGISTRATION FORM MUST BE COMPLETED AND SIGNED BY THE PARENTS. REGISTRATION MATERIALS MUST BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO ICC VIA MAIL OR FAX.

Bus discipline issues are overseen by Wesleyan School in observance of the Student Code of Conduct.

Bus operational issues are overseen by International Concepts Corp.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

MARCH 15, 2009- Existing Student Registration due with 1st payment

APRIL 15, 2009- New Student Registration due with 1st payment

JULY 1, 2009- Second payment due

DECEMBER 1, 2009- Final payment due

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:

Registration does NOT guarantee service. ICC must have enough students registered by April 15, 2009 to determine if continuation of bus service is viable for the 2009-10 school year. Please refer to terms and conditions listed in the registration information packet linked above.

SIBLINGS OF CURRENT WESLEYAN STUDENTS AWAITING ADMISSION

Siblings of current Wesleyan bus students applying for admission to Wesleyan for the upcoming school year have the option to Pre-Register for bus transportation prior to acceptance notification using one family registration packet. On the registration note "Conditional Registration" for that sibling as instructed and please note the terms and conditions regarding payment as detailed on the ICC registration materials.
