Dear Parents of Wesleyan School K-6th graders,

In following with the school's desire to "go green" the Save the Date announcements for Grandparents Day will not be printed and mailed to Grandparents this year. Wesleyan Parent's Club is providing you with the Save the Date announcement in pdf format (attached to this email) that you may forward by email to your grandparents or special friends. This announcement can also be printed and mailed if you prefer.

This year, Grandparent’s Day will have some new and exciting changes that we hope will make this day even more memorable for our guests. One of the biggest changes is that Middle School and Lower School events will be held at separate times. In addition, the entire Lower School will take part in a performance for our guests in Powell Theater. For this reason, ALL check-in will take place in Wesley Hall (Middle School building).

As in past years, formal invitations and RSVP forms will be sent home later this month. We look forward to seeing all of our grandparents and friends on Tuesday, November 22, 2011!
