We have quite a few eagles on campus – Eagle Scouts, that is! Eight current students have earned the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest advancement rank in Scouting. Seniors Crawford Brooks, Jake Cusick, Andrew Dorman, Brett Greensmith, Miles Laughlin, Drew Middleton, Grant Murphy, and Regan Smith join the ranks of a select few, as only four percent of the young men who were Boy Scouts have earned the rank of Eagle Scout.

Betsy Smith '08 finishes strong at UF

The University of Florida has nominated Betsy Smith '08 for this year's H. Boyd McWhorter Scholar-Athlete Award. Each of the SEC's 14 institutions nominate only one male and one female student-athlete for this prestigious award. “The H. Boyd McWhorter Scholar-Athlete Award is the highest honor a student-athlete can receive in the Southeastern Conference,” SEC Commissioner Mike Slive said. “It highlights academic and athletic achievements at the highest level in the nation’s premier conference.”

Ricky Yoder Earns Jefferson Scholarship at the University of Virginia

Wesleyan School is proud to announce that Ricky Yoder ('13) has been selected as a Jefferson Scholar at the University of Virginia. Yoder joins Robby Atkinson ('06) as the second Wesleyan recipient of this prestigious honor.
Cody Solomon Earns Johnson Scholarship at Washington and Lee

Wesleyan School is proud to announce that Cody Solomon ('13) has earned a Johnson Scholarship at Washington and Lee University. Solomon is the first Wesleyan winner of a Johnson Scholarship since the Program's inception in 2008.
