6th through 12th Grade

Wesleyan will begin accepting applications for the 2017-2018 school year after October 1. However, you may start the application process now by creating an account on Ravenna.

Admission to Wesleyan School is determined by the admissions committee, which bases its decision upon the school’s ability to meet the applicant’s needs, taking into account all application components including:

Teacher Evaluations
Wesleyan On-Campus Interview
Extracurricular Recommendation
Current School Records
Test Scores from the SSAT (6-10) or the PSAT or SAT (11-12)

In order to avoid a delay in the admission process, please submit all forms by the application deadline, February 8, 2017.

General Application and Forms

  • Submit Application Online along with the non-refundable $85.00 application fee. A recent photo must be attached.
  • After the application has been submitted, you will be contacted by Monica Macia to schedule the applicant interview.

It is recommended that you and your child attend the Family Open House on Saturday, January 7, 2017.

RAVENNA
Our online admissions process is now being hosted by Ravenna Solutions. To begin, create an account on Ravenna; your account includes a student profile and a household profile. You may click here to get started and complete the profiles or register for an admissions event.
We consider it your responsibility to check your Ravenna account and ensure that all the forms have been received and that the application is complete. If you have questions about Ravenna, please contact Admissions Coordinator, Sylvia Pryor, at spryor@wesleyanschool.org.
NOTIFICATION LETTERS
Wesleyan, as well as all other AAAIS schools, will mail notification letters on March 31, 2017. Parents of accepted applicants must either return the contract of acceptance or advise the Admissions Office of non-acceptance by April 13, 2017.
Until an accepted student has returned a signed enrollment contract, Wesleyan cannot initiate contact with the family or allow campus visits. This is the policy of all AAAIS schools.
RELOCATING TO ATLANTA
If special arrangements are needed for applicants whose family is relocating to Atlanta, please contact the Director of Admissions, Mari Beth King, at mbking@wesleyanschool.org
