Middle School Supply Lists

As you prepare for the upcoming 2016 – 2017 school year, please note the following information and review the supply list specific to your student's grade level.

All middle school students are required to purchase a Master brand combination lock for their locker. These locks must be purchased from the school and are available for $5 at Drop-In Day on August 9th or in the middle school office.
In addition to the supplies listed below, individual teachers may have supplementary requirements, which will be discussed on the first day of school.
Please contact your Grade Chair or Jennifer Russell in the middle school office with any questions.

Suggested for Home

Have a place to keep notes, etc. for exam review – hanging folders or different large binders for each class are recommended.
A good dictionary and thesaurus are very useful tools. Even though students can access both on their laptops, hard copies are good to have.

Tablet Reminders

Each student is responsible for the care and condition of their laptop.

LAPTOP BACKPACKS:
Students may carry a school-approved backpack or messenger bag of their choice as long as it has a padded sleeve or interior laptop suspension system. Bags should be clean and in good condition and fit inside of a locker. No oversized backpacks are allowed.

HEADPHONES, EARBUDS, AND MICROPHONE:
These must be accessible every day for classroom use.

NOTE:
Returning students who have misplaced tablet accessories will need to purchase replacements.
