Wesleyan Library Mission Statement
The mission of the Wesleyan School Libraries, in conjunction with the mission of the school, is to make available to members of the Wesleyan community appropriate educational and personal enrichment materials and to provide instruction and guidance in the use and selection of these materials. These materials will be in a variety of formats with diversity of appeal allowing for the presentation of many different points of view and will be an integral part of the school curriculum. The libraries will be dedicated to equipping students with life-long learning skills and providing ideas and information that are fundamental to functioning in today’s information and knowledge-based society.
