Peachtree Corners Business Association (PCBA) Scholarship

This $1000 scholarship was created to recognize seniors who have demonstrated community spirit/initiative and who live in Peachtree Corners. Submit your application with a 500-word essay and transcript by March 31st to

Atlanta Alumnae Panhellenic Association

Six $1500 high school scholarshipswill be awarded or female students planning to attend a four-year college/university with NPC sororities on their campus. Applicants must have legal residence in Cherokee, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Forsyth, North Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Paulding or Rockdale counties.Apply online by March 15th.

Duluth Fine Arts League Annual Scholarship

$8,000 in scholarships will be awarded to high school seniors that live in the 30096 or 30097 zip code and plan to major or minor in the arts. The online application, which includes a written and video component, is due by March 19, 2017.

Dunwoody Women’s Club Student Achievement Scholarship

Students who live in areas with zip codes of 30328, 30338, 30350, or 30360 are eligible for two $1800 scholarships. The scholarships will be presented to students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, school and community involvement, and an exceptional desire for higher education. All applications must be postmarked by April 1, 2017.

Tobacco Free Life Scholarship

For students who are willing to share stories of how quitting smoking helped change their lives and help create a smoke-free world.

State Farm Good Neighbor Scholarship

Awarded to a senior with a GPA between 2.5 and 3.2, this scholarship is less about academic performance and more about demonstrated need and proven participation in school and community activities. Up to 50 recipients will receive a $2500 award. Applications must be submitted by March 2, 2017 and only 700 will be accepted.

Eugene McDermott Scholarship at University of Texas

Valued at more than $250,000 (out-of-state), this scholarship includes tuition, stipend, study abroad, and professional development funding. Minimum requirements include 1450 or higher on the SAT (verbal and math) and a 33 or higher on the ACT.

Abbott & Fenner Business Consulting Scholarship

Seniors are invited to participate in Abbott & Fenner business consulting scholarship contest. Abbott & Fenner are committed to continuing their efforts at helping those who have the desire and ambition to succeed in the business world. Contestants will write an essay to enter the contest.

Tutors Monthly Scholarship Program

Varsity Tutors holds a monthly $1,000 college scholarship contest where students write an essay in response to a monthly prompt. Visitors to the Varsity Tutors scholarship webpage are able to vote via social media for submitted entries.

Nursing Schools Almanac Scholarship

Nursing Schools Almanac has just launched its second annual Aspiring Nurse Scholarship whose website will award a $1,000 scholarship to an aspiring nurse who best demonstrates a record of academic excellence with a focus in math and science and have a passion for nursing. The scholarship is open to all high school seniors who plan to pursue a college education in nursing.
